Welcome back! I hope you are enjoying the routine again after the excitement of spring break.

PHOTOS - Wednesday & Thursday, April 16 (Ducks & MW classes) & 17 (Whales & TTH classes) Photo Specialties will take individual and class photos outside during the school day. If any parent is free on either morning and would like to help me take children from the classroom to the porch, please contact me! (It usually takes from 9:00 until around 10:30.) Thanks.
APRIL 13 EVENTS! - From 12:00-4:00, Touch a Truck will be at the Friday Center. Then at 4:00, bring your basket and meet in the lower parking lot for the Christ Church Easter Egg Hunt.
CHAPEL CONNECTION - This week in Chapel we talked about forgiveness. It’s a big word and a big concept! Jesus taught us that He forgives us and we should forgive others. We are going to try to practice forgiving people when they bump into us or say an unkind word to us. It doesn’t make the bump or unkind word right, but it means we are going to choose to let it go instead of letting it fester or cause a big argument.
A REMINDER FROM DR. BAILEY - “You can say, ‘All A’s! Fantastic! You are so smart!’ and spotlight he importance of grades. OR you could highlight the value of learning by saying, ‘These grades show me you put a lot of effort into learning. What did you learn that you really loved?’” ~ Easy to Love, Difficult to Discipline p.49
This coming week is Holy Week with some difficult emotions, ranging from the high of Palm Sunday to the low of the crucifixion. But remember, EASTER is coming!! Also, preschool is closed on Good Friday 4/18 and Easter Monday 4/21.
